- 2 / 5By Chris McIntoshA few months back during while they were running radio ads for the Big and Toasty sandwich I decided to try it. Waited for 5 more customers to get their items when staff realized they never made my sandwich. Then they told me they didn't have the bread for the sandwich which is the signature feature of this product. After waiting so long, and being very disappointed, I accepted the sandwich on a roll.
The staff was very poorly trained. They shouldn't offer products they can't sell.
